Term and Condition of Booking at Lalelkai Nature Lodge

1. The rooms rate is per person per night
2. A payment of deposit at least 30% of full amount prior booking
confirmed. Full payment for all booking must be received at least 15
days before arrival.
3. We reserve the right to cancel a booking without notice if the
payment terms are breached. All cancellations are subject to
charges.
4. Cancelation after deposit transferred will be charged 50% of deposit
amount. Cancelation after full payment will be charged 30% of total
amount.
5. Room rates are based on 2 persons sharing room – two adults with
children sharing (below 10 years old) will be charged 50% of room
rate. Single occupancy will incur single person supplement.
6. Late of full payment (less than 30 days) prior arrival date will not
ensure the availability of accommodation as agreed.
7. Payment can be made through bank transfer. Account detail will be
sent along with the invoice. Please ensure the name of payee is
correct.
8. Please send receipt of payment to lalelkainaturelodge@gmail.com 
that we can trace your payment and promptly credit the amount
received against your invoice.
